I suggest discussing this with the band and asking for a show of hands at
rehearsal Monday night to see how many PCB members are interested. It may
end up being the PCB Board and the McKinney Band.

How much personnel will be required at $50/half-hour? And how much will
security cost?

This sound good and doable.
On a side note…. Janice and I are meeting with MCB’s “people” on Sunday
afternoon about the program and marketing.
Thanks, Sheila

If we set the parameters of 1 drink and then bar could begin shutdown? Beer
and wine only for quicker service?
Would not be exclusive.
I would guess less than 40 people total would stay unless
Mckinney is a real party animal band. 😋
I say we go for it if we can.
