Hi Jim,

Thanks for the time last Friday!

Please see attached estimate and contract. The estimate includes stage labor
for budgeting. You can sign and return the contract via email.

Then, I discussed your lobby post-show meet and greet idea with the staff,
and it looks like we're good to proceed.

To recap that plan: we'll keep the lobby open 9:30p - 10:30p (an hour after
show ends, wherever that hits), with bar open for 45 minutes of that. We'll
put a second security guard on the evening, and extra house management time.
We'll aim to have the lobby cleared after an hour. If band members have to
return backstage to get belongings afterwards, we'd rather families clear
the lobby at the same time: if they're sharing rides, they can go backstage
with the bandmembers (we'll make an exception at the end of the night, not
before). It's better for us to maintain the backstage door once the meet and
greet has ended, than it is try to keep the lobby open additional time.
