My thoughts:

Does it need to be 'exclusive'? Meaning no patrons allowed?

The extra house management time to cover (mini-) events like this runs at
about $50 / half hour.

Not entirely sure about the bar. You'd need to keep security, and it would
be hard to serve everyone AND do last call with enough time to close down in
30 minutes. I'd guess if there's a bar, y'all would need at least an hour.

Other thoughts?

At our board meeting this week, a question came up.  Would it be possible to
have a short "gathering" between members of the 2 bands in the lobby after
the concert.  This would be about 30 minutes, with the bar remaining open to
allow the members of both bands (Plano and McKinney) a few minutes to talk
over the experience.
