I wasn't sure what to expect but I thought you sounded great and improved throughout the rehearsal. The brass sectional was very effective. We were able to work out some very difficult passages and I was able to be more familiar with individual players. The better I get to know everyone the more effective I can be.<br><br>Next week we will be focused on the senior center concert. I will be at the rehearsal in an assistant role.
