Hey Band,


Here is the lineup for Monday,

The two new pieces, Encanto and Frozen are for the “Young at Heart” concert.  This is the first outdoor concert after ACB.

As we prepare for these last four rehearsals before ACB, it becomes very important to use our time efficiently.  Prioritizing attendance and communication of schedule conflicts becomes critical to rehearsal planning and preparation.  

Concerning ACB: I hope you will consider participation in the reading band and possibly attending some of the clinic sessions.  It’s always great fun to listen to Stockton Helbing and James Wallace, and also very educational.  Jennifer is going to be talking about the band app (which is very useful to us), and Michael Guillory will be talking about increasing audience through social media.  There will be six concerts including ours.  It’s very rewarding to hear our contemporaries perform.  I am attaching the two day schedule.

PS	We will need some volunteers to serve as guides.
