[PCB Members] Monday Night Rehearsal - Update to Board Recommendation

[Plano Community Band]

Band,
As the Board has been actively tracking Covid metrics over the last few
weeks, we are now seeing the trends going the proper direction for us to
open rehearsals to all members. This does not change the protocols that we
must follow directed from JPII, including wearing masks while inside the
building. Also, it goes without saying, but if you have been exposed to
Covid or are not feeling well for other reasons, please inform your section
leader and plan to stay home.

Please note that we are still actively trying to keep our members as safe
as possible.  If you feel that you need to stay home a little longer,
that's OK!  Though our attendance policy
remains in place, Joe and Jim will use their discretion to accommodate
anyone who is not comfortable with their safety regarding Covid.  We do
want our performance quality to be the best we are able to produce, so if
you do feel that you need to take some time away but want to play with the
band in November, please work with Jim and Joe to make sure that there is a
plan in place for ensuring a successful performance.
