[PCB Members] Clinic with Joe

Musical snippets would be a great addition, especially in places where
*balance* is important to making the piece a great musical experience for
our audience.

Guilty as charged on printing.  Anyone who has seen my music understands my
fondness for using highlighters (tempo change, key change, accidentals,
railroad tracks, etc.)
