[PCB Members] PCB folders are renumbered

Hey Band,

Please don't freak out too much, but I renumbered/relabeled the folders. We
have about ten additional folders since the last time I did this. There
were a few of the folders missing from the tubs - if you took  your folder
home, stop by my chair for a new label.

I've also put labels on the bins to help you get your folder back to where
you can find it again. If the labels behave like the ones in the past, they
will have peeled off by next week, so try to remember your bin number. :)

Have I mentioned how much I hate these white bins? We need something
sturdy, something deep and wide enough to hold the folders, and light
enough for a fat old man to pick up. If you see anything better in your
travels, please let me know.
