*Hey Band!  Here we go!  Below is the itinerary for JULY 2014*.

*MONDAY JULY 30*

·         Rehearsal – JPii 7:15pm


*THURSDAY JULY 3 – RED/KHAKI*

·         Concert at Haggard Park

·         6:30 call - set up at 6 or earlier as usual

·         7:00 pm concert

*MONDAY JULY 7*

·         Rehearsal – JPii 7:15pm



*SUNDAY JULY 13 -  **CONCERT CRUMC – CONCERT BLACK*

·         12:30 – Heavy lifters needed to clear Chancel area and set up
chairs/stands/percussion

·         1:30 call for remaining band members

·         *2:30 CONCERT*

*MONDAY JULY 14*

·         Rehearsal – JPii 7:15pm



*MONDAY JULY 21*

·         Rehearsal – JPii 7:15pm



*TBA WEEKEND SCHEDULE*



*SATURDAY JULY 26*

·         Rehearsal JPii 9-12 noon



*SUNDAY JULY 27 – Travel to San Antonio*

·         8:15 am call at JPii – load bus at JPii

·         9:00 am bus leaves for San Antonio – we will not wait on you

·         3:30ish pm Bus Arrives at Rehearsal  - PLAN ON ABOUT 2 HOURS of
REHEARSAL
Drivers – please have your section leader’s cell number so you can check in
about bus arrival time

out and all belongings loaded on bus

·        *ALL -8 am call at the Lila Cockrell Theatre - CONCERT BLACK
