[PCB Members] TBA TRIP PAYMENT - TBA PACKAGE DEAL

This email is for the people who are on the TBA TRIP PACKAGE DEAL.
Time to pay for our trip to TBA!

If you are driving, flying or getting to San Antonio another way...you are
responsible for you own accomodations and you can delete this email. At
this time, it is too late to be added to the package trip.

Payment for TBA is due on MONDAY JUNE 23 at band.  The price went down $30
for each room type since we are not taking two buses - see details below.

We prefer payment by check if possible.

Checks made out to PLANO COMMUNITY BAND

   - Please bring checks on either
   - JUNE 9
   - JUNE 23

...it will be too hard to collect checks at the park June 16.

*DOUBLE ROOMS - If you have a roommate (sharing a room) *

   - $105 EACH PERSON per room (was $135 each)


*SINGLE ROOMS - staying in a room by yourself*

   - $165  (was $195)
