That money was originally intended for WRR advertising for the summer concerts. Since we did not need WRR this summer, at the last board meeting we approved redirecting the $300 toward one month of U-Haul storage. To redirect for storage, we need to submit a revised budget to the City of Plano and have the budget approved by the Cultural Affairs Commission.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>We have an opportunity to forego revising and resubmitting the budget to the City, but I need your approval since we already voted on this topic.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>On Wednesday of this week, Sheila got the bill for the next year of Constant Contact, which amounts to $360.54. Constant Contact as an advertising expense in our budget.
