I can't open the bylaws Word file I have, it appears to be corrupt.  The backup copy I have behaves the same way.  It shows to be a 97-2003 file type, I can open other Word files of this type.  I attached it in hopes the people smarter than me can figure out how to fix it.

 

I also attached the pdf version.  Mike I think you said last night you have Adobe.  If you can save the pdf as Word or even text I will gladly clean it up.
