Good Morning Arts & Events Grant Applicants and Commissioners,    After taking in as much information as possible from various sources, I’m announcing a 20-21 grant application deadline extension; the new deadline will be noon onApril 30,, 2020. This means a few other dates for Commissioners and myself will change. Erring on the side of transparency (as usual), I’m sharing my internal process deadlines as well. The calendar through August is as follows:    April 2 CAC meeting CANCELLED April 30 12 noon – grant applications due April 30 1 pm – applications open to Commissioners (one-on-one training on using ZoomGrants will be available) May 14 – Events Presentations (presentation logistics & instructions will be sent two-ish weeks prior) June 6 – Arts Presentations (presentation logistics & instructions will be sent two-ish weeks prior) June 30 8 am – all Commissioner scores due in ZoomGrants                                          July 2 – I present final scores and funding to Commission in CAC meeting July 16 – I/Courtney presents the PowerPoint she will present to council Aug 5 – Council presentation    Let me know if you have questions and concerns or need assistance in interpreting application requirements. I am working from home through Friday, April 3, 2020 and full access to email and files; I also have Skype for business set up. Although email is best, if necessary or urgent, you can call my personal cell phone.
