[Board] reservations updated

In addition to the website updates in general, I also added the upcoming
concert, along with placeholder artwork so that we can open reservations
once Jim takes a look at the event to make sure I didn't put in anything
incorrectly.

Once we have the final artwork, I will update the slider.
Website committee, please take a look at the new "make reservation" button
and provide feedback.
