Abram, we are ON for a February 2021 concert.  We would like to ask you to
add PCB for the afternoon of February 21, 2021 as our preferred date, with
an alternate of the afternoon on February 28.

Abram, let's add these alternate dates to last week's request: For the
concert requested on April 25, 2021, we would like to add Alternate #1 on
April 18, and Alternate #2 on April 11.

 

Also, although this is not an official request, we should know very shortly
if we need to make a request for February 21 or 28, 2021.  So let's consider
those dates more of a "heads up" instead of an official request for now.  I
should be back in touch within a week on that one.

Happy Almost New Year, Abram.

 

The Plano Community Band would like to get onto the Eisemann schedule for
two afternoon concerts:

 

Concert #1: November 15, 2020.  If that date is unavailable then Alternate
#1: Nov 8   Alternate #2: Nov 1

Concert #2: April 25, 2021.  (The PCB board has not discussed alternative
dates, so please advise.)

 

And just to confirm, I believe we also have these two dates previously
reserved:

 

Monday, March 2, 2020 - Evening

Sunday April 26, 2020 - Afternoon

Yes, it is officially time.

I need your scheduling requests for October 01, 2020 through September 30,
2021 - dates and venues.

 

(A couple of groups have submitted dates already.  Thanks so much!)

I need your requested dates as soon as possible, in writing -- e-mail is
best, no later than October 25, 2019.  Earlier is great.  Thanks for your
continued patience as we go through this crazy process.
