Good Evening, Dr. Tavives and Mr. Sanks,
Happy New Year!  
Plano Community Band is off to a great start for our new year of rehearsals and concerts.  Our board met last night and they are most excited about the possibility of an appearance at the 2021 ACB Convention in Santa Fe.
Will the application packets be ready soon?
We are gathering the materials we will need to submit and would love to get started on our submission.

Good Afternoon, Dr. Tavives and Mr. Sanks,
This email is to formalize the Plano Community Band's interest in being selected to perform at the 2021 ACB national convention in Santa Fe, April 27 - May 3, 2021.
We are long time members of the ACB and have been honored to perform for the convention three times.  (Hot Springs, AR, Dallas, TX, and Pensacola, FL) and we have been the host band for the convention twice.
Would you please send an application packet?  We will begin compiling past programs, live recordings of our band in performance, and a cover letter stating our intention to perform at the conference, if selected. This will all be completed and in your possession before the June 1, 2020 deadline.
