[Board] Please Print for 1/7/20 Board Meeting

Board,

 

I've attached the Treasurer's report for the board meeting on Tuesday night.
Please print a copy for your review. I will not be at the meeting.  I will
call in if I am able, or I will send my report to Denise prior to the
meeting.

 

The second attachment includes items for the website's donation registry.  I
pulled all of the recurring expenses for 2019 tax year, cleaned them up a
bit, and came up with $48K of items we could ask to be covered by donations.
Right now they are large lump sums - like $1650 for an Eisemann deposit.  We
can break them into smaller amounts, etc. 

 

The professional musicians we included in donations in kind in the monthly
report include the people listed below. We consider them professional if
they are regularly paid to play outside of the Plano Community Band. Band
directors do not appear on this list unless they conduct our band. We can
add/remove names as necessary.
