[Board] Chair Pricing for JP2

I think we tell Michael that we have $1500 for the chair project.

On the timpani covers - We need to tell the band that the heads need to be
replaced and we are passing a hat to collect money to replace them.  70
people donated $5, that would cover the cost of the new heads.
