[Board] Chair Pricing for JP2

I vote yes on tympani covers.  

The complete amount for chairs is fairly inexpensive compared to paying for rehearsal space. 
$173 for a 12 month run. $189 if we don't count August. And how long since we've done something for them?  (Graduation band and what else?)
