[Board] Library storage update

I'm still going around with U-Haul corporate, but I've reserved a 10x25
room for Tuesday, so we have somewhere to put the cabinets.

I'll try again with corporate Monday.

We really only need a 10x20, but 10x25 is all that is available right now.
it would be more work, but we could get the 10x25 for now and move to the
10x20 (currently empty but reserved) across the hall when it frees up.

The 10x25 doesn't really look to be 10 feet wide. I'm thinking 8' or 9'.
The 10x20 is noticeably wider. The width doesn't matter too much, since the
door is on the end and we would use the two side walls for the cabinets.

We can put as many as 14 cabinets in a 10x25 and 10 cabinets in the 10x20.
