[Board] Band shed update

I went by the UHaul place today to arrange for an additional room. Things I
found:

- We currently have a 10x15, not a 10x20. My file plan is for a 10x20. We
either need to use fewer cabinets or upsize our storage to a 10x20 or 10x25.

- No 10x20 are available right now. There is one 10x25.

- Costs:
   Current 10x15: $188/month
   10x20: $250
   10x25: $290

- We seem to have a corporate account and the local office can't do much
for us. They gave me the corporate move account phone number. I called the
corporate account folks, who can't find us in the system. They are calling
the local office and will get back to me.

- We may have a discounted rate on the current room - local office seemed
to think that was pretty cheap. We may be able to get a similar discount on
the new room if I can get to the right people.

- If we went to a 10x25, we could put 10/12 cabinets in the room.
