[Board] FW: Plano Community Band - All American 4th

We would need to do both concerts. 

Jess, can you get answers to the questions people have posed?  Let's discuss at our next board meeting on September 8. Then we can talk to the band about it on September 14.  Hopefully Plano won't need an answer before then.
