Re: 2015 – 2016 Schedule Requests 

To state the obvious, the Facility Maintenance Fee is officially here! 

It has come upon us once again (the 14th time I've put this request out there!): the time is here for you to submit your scheduling requests. I need your requests for October 1, 2015 to September 30, 2016 – dates and venues. Yes, we're doing this a little bit later this year (like last year), but know that, technically, May 1st still opens a new scheduling calendar year.

I need your requested dates as soon as possible, in writing -- e-mail is best, no later than October 15, 2014. Earlier is great. Thanks for your continued patience as we go through this crazy process.
