Hey, I am doing some prep work for the Day of Giving stuff on Constant Contact and I found that they offer surveys – It is a free service for 60 days.  
 
If you want to use this when we gather input from the band it might be easier than publishing on the website and changing each week.
 
The survey is fully customizable and can have a text field and each survey be closed at any given time period.  The only thing to do for each conductor
is to resend the previous blank survey with a different name and send out. 
 
Constant Contact will also let us see the results graphically.
 
Let me know if this would be viable.
